College Park Phase 3 Residential Tower A
Gerrard Street West
Toronto, Downtown

floors: 42

After the T. Eaton department store vacated their College and Yonge location for the Eaton Centre in 1977, the store was refurbished as a mall, with some offices and a small residential tower attached. This project completed in 1979 and was Phase 1. Phase 2 included the construction of the Maclean-Hunter building and expansion of the mall, which completed in 1983. Phase 3 was to include an office building on Bay Street, and dense residential buildings along Gerrard Street, but was never realized.
