Участок земли на углу Burnhamthorpe and Confederation, который семья Rogers приобрела в 1961 годы, собираются застроить.
Тогда это были сельскохосяйственные земли, теперь центр Миссуссаги.

Будет построено 10 башен, около 6000 квартир, а население города увеличится на 15 000 жителей.
